Pizza Hut

I ordered pizza like I always do at this location. Food never came after almost 2 hours. I called to inquire about my order someone said “your order is out for delivery” after about another 30 mins and not receiving my order I called back the manager Scott was very rude and hung up on me when I tried to explain what his employee told me. I called the corporate hotline to complain while going up there to inquire about my money being returned. I was still on the phone with someone in the complaint department while Scott threaten to call the police on me. We were calm and the agent on the phone HEARD THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION!! We eat there at least twice a month didn’t know that’s how this Pizza Hut treats their loyal customers

2 of the 3 pizzas were hard crispy cheese. the pizza was cooked well past the standard pizza hut pizza. one of the pizza was not made correctly. we requested that no green peppers on the pizza, that was ignored. when I arrived to the store to pick up the pizza I texted hut to the number listed in the sign, received a reply, then set for 20 min waiting on the pizza to be brought out. I finale had to go in to the store to retrieve it. my order was complete sitting in the warmer, my name showing complete on the screen. so I am unsure as to why I was forced to wait.

First Pizza Hut we went to, 1830 kempsville rd Chesapeake va, their oven broke supposedly, but no one told us so we waited curbside for over 30 min. We watched Other pizzas were going out. So went to a 2nd pizza hut, 801 volvo parkway, received pizza on time but ordered light sauce and received extra sauce. Inedible for us.
