Looks like the lady in the drive through was in a such a bad mood. Yesterday at 3:20pm went to buy some tacos. The lady told me one second, it was like 5 min, I said hellooo, she scream at me. Told you one second, I am dealing with another customer. To the store owner: Do not hire people that don't have a clue what a customer service is and/or they do not want to work.

This is the dirtiest most ghetto kfc/Taco Bell I have ever ate at and honestly I will never eat here again ….yesterday I went through the drive thru and ordered two chicken sandwiches and two waters well the lady at the window told me I could only have one water being that I was the only person in the car …..I told her that was the dumbest thing I ever heard and she refused to give me another water which it was for my son who was at tutoring I asked for a manager and she responded sarcastically “I am the manager sweetie” her name is Melinda btw she has a very nasty attitude the workers came and looked at me through the drive thru window and I heard one of them say why do she need two waters if she’s the only one in the car ……this was the most disgusting experience I have ever had with fast food and the restaurant is dirty I will NEVER RETURN ! I MEAN NEVER!

Delivery Window menu has seen betters days, someone must have knocked it down with their car. Don't expect any pleasantries from the lady at the window. I asked how are you, she told me my total due, She thrust the coke at my car, spilling a little, no attempt at apologizing or offering a napkin. At least there were 2 napkins in the bag, one for me, one for my car. I said thank you, have a nice day....she walked away. She must be having a bad day.

The people that work there just don't care.thats bo sad. Ordered a nacho bell grande. Asked for extra meat cheese and sour cream. Whoa and behold it has like 8 chips and my extras I paid for was not there. They were like we will get u another. Low and Behold it had like 5 chips with all the extra I asked for. Why didn't they just say we are out of chips!?😖😖

Final edit, raised my review to two stars only because the person who finally gave me my food at 7:40 p.m. after I called from the line and said I was the same person who called a half an hour ago and was told to get in line and was still several cars away from the speaker, was very humble and apologetic. They explained that they had just the two of them in there and the doordash orders were overwhelming the orders at the store, and they even upgraded my son's drink because they were out of pink lemonade so they comped him a strawberry freeze from the Taco Bell side of the house which will make him very happy. I offered that they should find a new system for when online orders are placed, other than having them get in the Drive-Thru line, because that was not going to work. I should not have had to wait an hour after ordering online, no matter how remorseful the employee was and how kind they were in the end, I'm still getting back to my house at bedtime with food that should have already been there 35 minutes ago ****** Placed my order online drove from my house all the way to the store all the doors are locked you can't go in, call into the store to inquire about how I'm supposed to get my order without waiting in the line that is wrapped around the building and I'm told I have to get in line and wait like everybody else even though I already ordered and paid for my food. They said that the chicken just came up and that the order hasn't been made yet, so what is the point in ordering online, this is nonsense I'm going to be here all night and they already have my money so I can't drive away. Edited to update. I placed my order online at 6:43 and got my confirmation email, I drove to the store, and at 7 called asking how am I supposed to get the food and was told to get in line like everybody else. It is now almost 30 minutes later and there are still three cars between me and the speaker where you place your order. According to the status online, my food is ready for pickup and has been for several minutes, but at this rate I won't even get to the window to have it handed to me for another half an hour. I am livid, I placed an order at 6:43 because my child's bedtime is at 8 p.m. and I am still sitting in this line almost a full hour later

I hate this location. They mess up my order literally EVERY TIME I order. They also generally take a ridiculously long time. There was one time I waited 45 minutes for just 1 meal. This trip just ended it for me. I ordered a Crunchwrap and as you can see, it has NO lettuce. And the little bit of meat and cheese that it did have was all in the middle. The majority of it was completely empty. Only going to the greenbrier location from now on. That being said, the drive through staff is generally pretty good and friendly. But whoever has been cooking the food needs to step it up to at least a normal amount of effort. I don’t expect perfection on a minimum wage job, but at least give some kind of effort.

Asked for no meat. Simple request. One of the items I ordered even is vegetarian on the menu. The lady at the register repeated it back to me saying "You dont want any meat?" I said "No. No meat, please." And everything I ordered had ground beef. Also without telling me that they were out of Cinnabons they took it upon themselves to ice some regular KFC biscuits as substitute. Gross dude.
