Taco Bell

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The drive-thru got my order wrong, so when I went back to pick up the right order, what they handed me was pretty bad. The tacos that I received had almost nothing in them. The picture attached is of a Doritos locos Taco supreme, which is supposed to have sour cream. After giving me the completely wrong order, they presented me with incorrectly constructed tacos with barely any thing in them. As a bonus I found a hair in one! Absolute garbage! I will not be coming back to this taco bell.

Just came to this Taco Bell as a quick stop for food, I always order something specific which you have to pay extra for, I drove through ordered my food and they gave me the completely wrong thing which is fine, I went back around to have it fixed in which I received an attitude that they messed up, they gave me my order and I had to drive back again because the container was half empty and none of the things I payed extra were even on there. I wouldn’t have minded if they were nice about it and just let them fix it but the way they handled it was disgusting and I don’t think I would ever return here.

They took my order of 4 flaming hot Doritos loco tacos and told me to pull around just for them to say they didn’t have the Flaming hot taco shells…. And they continued to laugh and shut the window?? Awful customer service. And because I was being nice I’m not going to talk about how the week prior I went and the night shift cashier was not only rude but they gave me soggy broken taco shells. STOP HIRING IMMATURE WORKERS. Thank you.

I used the app because I was told there were less mistakes on the order. I ordered 5 items and a few packets of sauce. Well… the order on the bag was correct however every. Single. Item. Was wrong. And not easy to see without opening someone else’s food how wrong things were when I was picking up for a few kids.

We had a horrible experience tonight! I ordered on the app like I usually do, since they rarely get the order wrong this way. I got in line after making the order. We waited nearly 45 minutes between getting in line and receiving our food. When I got to the speaker, she asked me to repeat my order. I pulled up the app to make sure I said everything right. The app indicated that my order was already completed! Lo and behold, when I finally got to the window it was already bagged and sealed. No telling how long it had been sitting there, plus all the food was room temperature. When we got home, my son's soft taco meat was all throughout the packaging. My beefy 5-layer burrito was made hodge-podge at best, and I'm sure they did extra sour cream instead of the requested "light" (and all at one end of the burrito). I called tonight to ask for the store number, so that I could leave a review with them. The lady on the phone gave me a random 3 numbers, when apparently the store number is 6 numbers. Well. We have had several negative experiences lately at this location. We will certainly not be coming back here!

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We went in to order via the Kiosk. We wanted to ask a question before ordering but were totally ignored by the staff until I asked if someone could help me. When I finally spoke with a staff member they were very rude with their response. Then we were eating at the table when that same staff member said we weren't allowed to eat in the lobby. There were no signs posted stating this. We will not be back! I have noticed a major change in all the Taco Bells in my area abut this one is by far the worst.

Worst taco bell around. Today the excuse is the fryer is down so unable to get some products. Last time we sat in drive thru for 10 minutes and the line never moved, ended up trying to go inside and door was locked and workers were all just sitting at the tables. It's like they need an excuse to not make food.
