I would love to talk to one of the district / general managers that I posted in my pictures. I went through the drive-thru on our long trip home and ordered a chicken quesadilla light cheese. I received a packed full of cheese quesadilla with ZERO chicken. I had to turn around on the highway to go back because it was the premise of getting my order correct instead of finding and paying for more food. I'm tired of going places and having to check my meals every time. Usually a Taco Bell gets it right 🙄🙄🙄🙄. I walked in and asked maybe I could get a refund and my quesadilla remade. To my SURPRISE there was TWO other customers in there that went through the drive-thru and their orders were missing things and messed up as well. I waited approximately 5 minutes to get my quesadilla remade when you had six people working in the kitchen area and one in the drive-thru. If you could please get a hold of me I would appreciate it. I don't trust a manager to actually get their team in gear here. One of the customers (a local) waiting there told me you just lost a customer as they have problems at this location 🙄🙄🙄🙄

If you need more than 2 minutes to decide what you want to eat, don't go here. Every 30 seconds, a different associate will get on the microphone asking if they can help you find something. And I ought to have said yes to the 3rd associate who asked me if I needed help finding something on the menu, because not once did i see where the menu said I had to order in 30 seconds or I was going to be harassed. Also, if you want more than a teaspoon of ground beef on your burrito/ taco/ chalupa, do not go to this location. The first girl who greeted me was very sweet, though.

I placed a mobile pick up order through their app and they completely botched the order I recommend always checking your food before leaving this particular Taco Bell. I was missing two whole items I ordered and my nacho cheese cup wasn’t even remotely filled and their was a hair in the nacho fries. This isn’t the first time they have messed up the order. Overall the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. If I could give less than a 1 star review I would.

Was really impressed with the customer service. The young man at the drive thru was very polite and respectful. He made sure I felt welcome and treated me

Listen, I love Taco Bell. The issue is that the prices have gone up and the fixings in my taco are barely there. I'm not expecting some huge stuffed Taco but having a flat Taco isn't gonna work. The meat, literally did not even go all the way across. The cheese and lettuce was a pinch of each. Took a pic and sent to them with a note saying Would you pay what you are charging for this? Yeah no.

They took my order of 4 flaming hot Doritos loco tacos and told me to pull around just for them to say they didn’t have the Flaming hot taco shells…. And they continued to laugh and shut the window?? Awful customer service. And because I was being nice I’m not going to talk about how the week prior I went and the night shift cashier was not only rude but they gave me soggy broken taco shells. STOP HIRING IMMATURE WORKERS. Thank you.

I’ve come here numerous times and they love to lock the interior dining area seating at least (sometimes) two hours before they’re supposed to close their interior dine in seating as per there website and signs on their doors. Other times I’ve been in the dining area with my family and they have kicked people out well before the posted hours.
This place is also a mess during the daytime. I happen to catch one of the district managers/area managers one time there and it was the cleanest place I’ve ever seen for that moment.
Another concern is whenever I come here I’m constantly seeing Taco Bell employees driving through the drive-through over and over again with their personal car. Does this help with Drive-Thru numbers or something? Anyway , Taco Bell, please make this right again! Thank you.

I’ve went to this Taco Bell for a while but just recently it’s been terrible. I’ve paid for supremes 2 times now and got regular tacos. No big deal but it’s still extra money i’m spending to not get what I want. The waits for food has been ridiculous and the tacos I order without sour cream for my lactose intolerant partner tend to come WITH sour cream, even if that’s the only thing requested. The added sour cream has happened about 4 times now, and it’s just really frustrating to see such a good restaurant quickly drop to my least preferred.
