Waffle House

Visiting the area and craving breakfast, always a great combo. Stopped here and was not disappointed. Fresh, hot coffee; eggs cooked right; sausage and bacon too. The waffle was perfect and so was the raisin toast. The grits were about 10 degrees in temperature from greatness and that's the worst I can say. Extremely satisfied with the food and service, just the waitress and cook. I picked the right time to go. Thanks ladies!

Let's just say if I could give this place a 0 I would I haven't been to the waffle house in years and from the time stepped in I had issues. First, it smelled like rotten eggs when we walked in because of rush we were in decided to just eat. Secondly, the staff was very playful with each other and two employees were openly flirting and dances with each other very unprofessional in a work place in front of customers! Third our hash browns were soaked in oil grits was lumpy my waffle was hard and when asked to remake it, it never came back. They completely forgot and too busy dancing and horse playing when we were trying to get their attention. This placed sucked like really

So I love Waffle House! My first visit years ago took me away from ihop. Even though I’ve came to this location recently, I wasn’t really pleased, but it’s whatever. People tend to have off days. We sat down at a table, when server was coming over. They realized the table was dirty. So they went to grab a bar towel, came to the table to wipe it off and my significant other said thank you, but there was no response from the male server. Once he left to take the bar towel back and came back to the table I said a little louder thank you for wiping down the table. Once again nothing, honestly if you don’t like what you are doing then don’t come into work. I ran a kitchen and I would be livid with hearing something like this! I love Waffle House, we left this location and went to Indian river but they were closed. So we ended up at a place I haven’t been to in years and that was ihop.

This was my least favorite experience out of all my waffle house visits. My server was probably new so he was really quiet and shy. Didn't check on us after the food. And just moved really slow. But again. He was new so I dont fault him to much. My cheese wasn't melted and that kinda annoyed me. But the food was good.
