Fazoli's

I ordered the super family meal thru Postmates and only got the pasta with no freakin sauce and no breadsticks. They gave us just the pasta and lemonade. 😂 I called the Postmates driver and asked him where the rest of my stuff and he said that was all they gave him. I called Fazoli's like ten times no answer. 🤦🏻‍♂️

The person that really made my dining experience was Aaron! He was on point when it came to delivering our food to making sure we were always had bread sticks. He made sure the dining room was clean and greeted each person with a smile and a welcome. If he is not yet he is manager material. Stop by and say hi to Aaron! You won't be disappointed 😌

You get what you pay for. I surpised at how bad the food tasted because the reviews at this place were good. People must’ve lost their taste buds, this was the blandest pasta I ever had. I got the ultimate sampler, and the Alfredo sauce was too thin and had no flavor. Same with the other pastas. Think school cafeteria food. Tastes exactly like that but hey, what do you expect buying cheap pasta

This is last Fazoli's left open in Virginia. I used to visit the Newport News location when they were open. Food quality has gone downhill since my last trip when Newport News was still open. My sampler tasted like a frozen meal and was cold on the inside. Sauce had no noticable seasoning. It tasted like crushed tomatoes from can. Food prices were equal or higher than some of the local Italian restaurants. Cost was about $40 for two meal combos with drink and salad. Place was not busy at all -- less than 10 guests at dinner time. That's usually not a good sign but I decided to give them a try. Food ok but not a good value. There are better choices locally for about the same cost.

An online debate with a friend that craps on "in-authentic Italian food" motivated me to drive an hour to this location. Soon after I arrived, I placed my order... Within 5-7 minutes I was back out the door with my order and it was a decent order of 4 entrés! I was thoroughly impressed by the speed, the calm of the limited staff, the cleanliness of the location, and the promptness with which my order was expedited. I arrived around 7:13PM today. Will come back again to this location someday. FAZOLI'S For The WIN 🤘🧐🤘
