Applebee's

We took our grandson to Applebee’s because it’s his favorite spot for wings!🤗🤗 He loves Applebee’s wings!🤗🤗 My 10-year-old grandson ordered steak and wings! He LOVED every bite! Everyone enjoyed their meal except me because I didn’t order my burger right!😔😔 I’m a big burger LOVER and I always order my burger well but not burned.🤗🤗 I did get a well burger but very very well and dry.😔😔 I didn’t complain and never send my food back for a replacement. However, they have excellent customer service and a manager was doing his rounds and stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal saw my uneaten meal and asked about it. I told manager Rob why I couldn’t eat it and how I had ordered it. He then began to tell me that at Applebee’s they do burgers pink or no pink. If I had ordered a no pink burger it would have come out well and juicy!😳😳 So I got a good lesson and learning experience on how to order my next burger from Applebee’s!🤗🤗 The manager then graciously offered to bring me a new burger and I refused because my family had finished eating their meals. He insisted and wanted to make my experience at Applebee’s a good one and said just take it home with you!🤗🤗😍😍 The new burger no pink burger was perfect, beautifully done, cooked to perfection, juicy and tasted delicious!! When I got the check the manager had removed my meal from the bill!😳😳🤗🤗🤗😍😍😍😍 WOW!!!🤗🤗 I never expected that because I never asked for that to happen!!😍😍😍 This was definitely EXCELLENT customer service!!! Thank you manager Rob!!😍😍😍😍😍😍 Yes I would definitely recommend this Applebee’s location to others!!! Great foods and dynamite customer service!!😍😍😍😍😍

I was very very underwhelmed with this restaurant last night. My fiance and I ordered our food online. We showed up about 5 minutes early but knew we'd likely wait for a little. No big deal. However, twice someone approached our car and asked if who we were and once we answered they just walked away and said nothing more. About 25 minutes go by and we finally call in to see what's going because not one person who approached us ever gave us an ETA or any information at all. They inform us our food has just been sitting there and they're sorry about that. The food was barely warm by the time we got it. My steak which was supposed to be medium rare was well done and the string beans were very stringy. The garlic mashed potatoes didn't taste like they had ANY garlic in them. It was a LONG work week so we were both just looking forward to a break but we would have been better off cooking the food ourselves. We've been to other Applebee's and had great experiences but that was definitely not the case last night. Not sure we'll ever be back to this location again. We're typically very patient and understanding people but this was very disappointing.
