Bojangles

Yesterday, I sat at the drive thru for a minute, ended up driving off with guy in front of me (he honked hoping someone would answer the speaker). Went next door to Wendy's, and saw people inside Bojangles. Seeing the amount of cars still pulling up and driving off, I called Bojangles and they said the system was down, now it is working again. I watched cars pull up to the drive thru and end up driving off without food. Someone should have put a note on the speaker or had someone to tell drivers they aren't able to take orders at the moment.

Those people were rude. The lady that took my order was a bit of a smart alleck but the lady at the window was worse. She gave no greeting, no reciept, after she handed me my food I thank her but she just shut the window and turned her back on me. I haven't been there in a long time and I sure won't be back.

Usually ok however this am my chicken fillet ( the biscuit not chicken) was raw so much it was completely noticeable immediately after unwrapping. I don't usually complain on the occassional minor defect but it literally was as if they just put the biscuits on as I ordered then threw my fillet on one to get me moving.

I'm really weary about going here. Sometimes they're good, sometimes bad. I went last week and my biscuits and tenders were really good....this week, different story. The cooks in the back has really brought the company down....my biscuits were hard, old, cold and disgusting. I took it back and the older cook got mad.

This must be the worst franchise in the entire Bojangles chain. It doesn’t deserve the one star I had to give it. If you order more than one item, chances are it’s going to be filled incorrectly. I have actually ordered chicken biscuits and received sausage biscuits wrapped in chicken biscuit wrappers. I’ve ordered two chicken biscuits and received a bag containing a chicken biscuit covering a bacon biscuit. It’s almost like they make a sport of it. And the walk-in has been closed for more than two years, so if you hope to have your order corrected, you can look forward to sitting in the driveway-thru line again. This franchise will not honor Bojangles coupons nor special promotions that are advertised on TV. Cheraw is surrounded by towns that have excellent Bojangles franchises. It’s a shame that the local isn’t part of one of those franchises. Save yourself a headache and ride on up to Hardee’s.
