Probably the best chili at any Wendy's I've visited. It's really meaty.
But I'd suggest ordering inside because the drive thru is always maddening

Pulled up and immediately told to hold on for a sec. 10 minutes later started ordering and then told to hold on again. During the wait two cars behind me left. 5 minutes later finally order my food and right at the end heard the manager say "oh my God" like she wasn't happy about me ordering 7 meals for my family. Pulled up to window and manager looking at me with this stink face. Payed for my food and waited another ten minutes to get my food.. not once did anyone say welcome to Wendy's,not once didn't anyone smile.. just the stand faces like they mad they got to do some work. The food which is usually on point was below average and not at all what I was expecting.. food looked and tasted like it had been made an hour ago..

What's the matter with our Wendy's......it has gone to I don't know where.....the line is so long you wait and wait.....and then went you do..... finally get there to the window..,.. sorry it's down....the worker had a drink in her hand....while she was asking for order...,so not professional.....if you was thirty walk off....don't let not customer see you......oh.....this Wendy in Cheraw SC has gone down to zero.

It was not all that they acted like they didn't want to be there. My sandwich was not right, my fries were cold and I had to wait on chicken nuggets and they were cold. I like my food good and hot.

Love the breakfast! However this one morning I was over charged ..my order was 12 bucks at window lady said 15 . I handed a 20 to see if it was a simple mistake, I was handed my food and 4 dollars no receipt. Next morning ordered same thing as a test lol sure enough 12 bucks different person at window. Great food GET your receipt 👍

It's one of the cleanest franchises. Fries are hot and delicious. The burger was also delicious and hot and the tea was so good. Employees very friendly and helpful

This wendys has been the worst of any wendys I have been too. Slower than slow service, greeting the drive through with a one word greeting, after the order, pull around and at the window, no talking what so ever. My card was taken from my hand and the window shut in my face. The card passed back, no words, no receipt, and a hard look. I have no idea, maybe a bad day for the employee? Then I have my food handed out in a crumpled bag held like she was strangling a neck. The burger was cold, no napkin, no straw and again, no words. I love the chesterfield wendys. Every one is always nice, food is hot and will be worth the extra drive. What ever happened to the renowned wendys customer service?

This store is not as good as it had been in the past. I purchased a Dave's Double with cheese and the patties were blackened and dried out. They don't give receipt so you can't do the survey.
