Mcdonald's

C’mon, McDonalds is the best at what it does, and the convenient exits and entrances make it a quick and efficient. They nail it often enough for me to forgive the occasional old coffees out-of-order ice cream machines… Whenever I complain they give me a coupon, anyway. They’re consistently good enough for me.

Messed up my burger TWICE. I ask for LIGHT mayo and they literally slapped on a huge blob of the mayo on the side of my burger. The establishment is filthy. The soda machines are extremely watered down. Floors are slippery and dangerous to walk on. This place used to be so great, I don’t know what happened. I’m so disappointed!

This was my first time at this particular McDonald's. (I usually pass by the one in Lowell on 1 Varnum Ave, but after three awful visits there and dealing with the extremely rude and incompetent personnel, I don't go there anymore.) But, back to my review of the Rogers Street McDonald's location . . . This morning, instead of going to the Varnum Ave McDonald's, I drove by that and went to this Rogers Street location. I was pleasantly surprised by the hello, good morning, and thank you I received from the outside ordering station, the drive-up payment window, and the drive-up pickup window! Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything I asked for in my order, including salt and pepper packets, butter packet, and eating utensils was actually packed correctly with my order. That NEVER happened at the Varnum Ave location. Because of that competence, and especially their friendly attitude of the employees I interacted with, they gained a new customer that will be going there a couple of times a week. Thank you, and congratulations to the manager that runs that location.
