Subway

My husband and I stopped in and had two sandwiches made The sandwiches were very good. BUT. One of the ladies who was making our sandwich had her very long hair pulled back in a ponytail when she hold turn around her hair would almost touch the sandwiches!!! I honestly couldn’t tell if she missed the sandwiches or grazed them. It’s the long hair almost touching the food is the reason gave you only a three star.

Customer service is pathetic. I am a vegetarian, and I asked the person working there to change his gloves, and just that triggered his disgusting attitude and told me that “it shouldn’t make a difference”. I worked at Subway, and I know that between each sandwich, so I didn’t ask for anything out of the blue. The only reason why I gave a 1 star is because Google doesn’t allow negative stars. Ridiculous how ignorant people are in the 21st century.

I waited around for their two young males finally one came and took my order, said it would be a while. Then three young males came in and my order went to the side and my server started making the first ones order. So I went shopping got my stuff came back by they were still working on the other two orders. I find that this Subway in Chelan is not Veteran friendly, every other subway I have been to gives you the discount off your order, not here. If you get more then one item they give you a discount for one item, not your order. If this was near a military base it would not be long before it was on the list of establishments that are off limits to soldiers.

My son and I love going to this subway when we go to town for groceries. The ladies her are always super nice and make great sandwiches. They are always great to my boy and talk to him, because he is a huge talker. I wish more subways cared as much about the kids meals as they do here. Thank you for always giving us a great experience any time we have lunch here.
