Westside Pizza

We have order from Westside pizza 3 times and all 3 times the pizza was subpar at best, the boneless chicken wings are not boneless wings they are chicken nuggets that I could have gotten from McDonald's and they would have been better than what I received tonight, the manager told me they were crispy not burnt, and I was told that they are called "chicken chunks on the box" if you are going to sell chicken chunks call them that on your menu! I don’t think we will ever order from them again!!!

You can build your own pizza or pasta! I ordered Gourmet veggie pizza. Everything was awesome except artichoke hearts were a bit dry, so I removed almost all of them. I’m very sorry, but they definitely need to upgrade interior. Everything is clean, cozy, and in good used condition, however, it looks old.

Pizza was amazing. The crust was excellent and well-flavored. Medium size was best for two, and appropriately-priced. The salad was fresh and outstanding. The chicken added to the salad was also fresh and amazing, well-seasoned and moist. Would go back just for the salad. Food was made quickly, without any apparent sacrifice to quality. Staff was friendly and attractive. Great placement for food after a show at the cinema.

Pizza is good, salads are decent, but this place has got some serious management problems. Employees do not show any interest in customer service, listening, getting orders right, getting orders out in a decent amount of time. Tables are left dirty, the entire place is dirty, toilets don't work most times we've been there, soda is often flat or out, ice is out alot. We frequent this place only because the pizza is good, and at times we decide against it because they treat customers like a hassle. I understand getting tired out from tourists, but honestly, those are the people paying... this is how employees can even get a paycheck!

Out of 1-5, I would rate my take out order with you, a minus 1. Gloppy pizza and raspberry blasters, burned. Charged TWICE and I had to take care of it through my bank. The person who I called at your place was unprofessional. Clearly not management material. I doubt if I will get a message back on this, but you all need to get your act together. Always helpful even when they are all cleaned up from a dead night and I walk in minutes before close id never hear more sighing then appropriate when I order something. if anything every comes out wrong (rarity) it's a quick and simple fix no arguments or fuss. EDIT: There is a manager there (I belive) that just does not seem to care. Doesn't greet you doesn't thank you and just pretty much doest say anything unless he has to. pizzas that get special ordered 45% of the time are wrong and it's a hassel to get them to replace it at a later date instead of right away and the online ordering system is ALWAYS DOWN. LITERALLY. The last 5 times offer the last 6 months I ordered I had to do it over the phone cause it was "temporarily" down. Two and one half stars now
