Went in Friday morning to get 2 sausage and biscuits it took 35 minutes. There is no excuse for this. There was 5 people working behind counter and the manager was standing out in dining area talking to her buddies. I saw numerous people come in and turn around and leave. Manager needs better training. This is bojangles on highway 58.

This store on highway 58 is the worst Bojangles I have ever stopped at. I stopped by at 7:30 on Friday morning to get a biscuit and was told they are not opening until 8 Am. On other times I have stopped here my order is pretty simple but they seem to always get it wrong or give me some one else order. Wish they would just close permanently and put a Chic Fil A here.

6/1/2022. Came thru at 5:20 and no one would take orders. Came back At 7:05 Everyone was pulling off because no one would take orders. We called while waiting in line to see if they were open and the lady says yes. We told her we had been sitting in line and everyone was pulling off. She said she would check to see why and then they started taking orders.

This is the worst Bojangles open. They have no biscuits today. They are always closing early and I have NEVER gone through the drive thru and received the correct order, NEVER. The kids working there are rude and need proper training.

I love the chicken at bojangles the last dozen times i been there to get dinner i been told it be 30 minute wait on chicken i stopped by two days ago to see if there service Improved- i was told it be awhile b4 chicken be ready i was disappointed so i went to KFC- i also notice there never anybody in line during lunch and dinner anymore - breakfest yes i guess its easier to make Bacon and eggs than it is to fry up some chicken -- i wonder how long they be in business if they cant make chicken and keep it in stock

Decided to make a visit to the Highway 58 Bojangles location and was a good experience. The exterior of the restaurant was extremely clean and looks brand new however the inside was a little bit dirty and my biscuit was not completely cooked. I ordered a country ham egg and cheese biscuit with an orange juice and my brother had a Cajun filet combo with hash browns. I would return the service was quick and as expected

We just got Cajun ckn biscuit n sausage egg biscuit . Ckn test like old was nasty, biscuits was so dry the falling a part everywhere made mess..I won't go back there . I never had like this at other bojangles !!

The experience was horrible. I thought what I ordered would be ready at the wi dow and it was not. The drive -thru person did not apologize for messing up my order.
