Burger King

Dining room was a hot mess, the manager yelled at the girl taking orders to stop while me and 3 other people were still waiting to have ours taken,then they locked us in the dining room to keep people from coming in it was 1 of the craziest things I've seen from a restaurant in awhile. Also saw 3 different people come up with something wrong with there order.

Went thru the drive through because lobby is closed, however that’s not the issue. The person taking the order and handing out the window was EXTREMELY RUDE during the entire process. We knew what we wanted to order. So we didn’t even hold up the line or anything. But we ordered the 1st item of 2 meals and she tried to cash us out and keep us moving. Didn’t ask if there was anything else etc. same thing with the same person at the window. Not personable or polite at all. I get people have off or bad days but if your customer(s) aren’t giving you issues or being rude you should reciprocate the nice and polite behavior back to them. If she hates her job that much she shouldn’t work in that industry. I didn’t get into all the details of this interaction but let’s just say it took a lot for me to remain nice and polite. Do better.

Drive-thru was around the building so I decided to go in to order a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee. Waited 5 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged. While waiting, I was able to observe one of the dirtiest food prep areas I've seen as well as employees talking on phones and to each other and only occasionally to a customer. After being ignored, I finally decided to leave. There are some serious problems at this restaurant.

Went through the drive through and my order was wrong went back 10 people inside the store but the door was lock. Called several times with no answer then someone finally picked up and laid the phone down. Tried calling back several times and the phone was busy. I set in line another 30 minutes to to get my order fixed. Will never be back
