Culver's

We go to this location on a regular basis. I absolutely love Culver's, but this location is the worst one I have ever been to. I honestly can't remember the last time they gave us the correct order. They always up charge their burgers with extra patties, bacon, mushrooms. It doesn't matter how specific you are with them. The ice cream flavor of the day never looks like the picture. Most of the time it just tastes like chocolate or vanilla. It's unfortunate but will no longer go to this location.

My toddler and I dined in tonight. The food was good but not as hot as I expected from previous visits. The service was good as well. As we left I overheard a man, possibly a manager, yelling at the teenagers working in the front areas. He was storming around and berating them about giving cars the wrong orders. Yes, maybe he will get “three angry calls tonight” but that doesn’t excuse publicly ripping your very young staff apart. I didn’t appreciate him using “god damn” in front of my toddler either. I would not let my teenager work under this kind of supervisor and I won’t be visiting again any time soon. I’m very bothered by how the employees were treated.
