Dunkin'

Absolutely, love this Dunkin’! The two employees in there today are amazing. My husband orders the weirdest iced coffee. They were patient and made it to his liking. I wish I got the employees names because they made the drinks and the whole experience wonderful. My husband wants to come to only this one.

I placed a mobile order for drive thru and to my surprise upon getting there, they were closed! At 4PM. I checked the app again and it is still allowing people to place an order. I’m not mad that they are closed (I work in the food industry and I understand there are sudden closures for a variety of reasons), but at least turn off the availability to place an order on the app. Really unprofessional.

Very clean Dunkin Donuts that is easy to access and depart. We just got coffees. Our coffees were fresh, hot and made as ordered. The staff was on point, friendly and very fast with getting customers through the store and drive-thru. The dining room was open when we stopped in. Not sure if this is a daily changing thing or not. So eating in may be hit or miss.

In the area visiting for a new job I decided to stop at dunkin' donuts. Not too impressed as I just went to one in Arizona yesterday and I was much more impressed. The person on the other end of the microphone was not polite she didn't tell me how much it cost and I had to wait a long time in line. They could do better with customer service as far as what I can see. I wrote the first part of the review while waiting in line. After receiving my food I received it cold and it was the wrong one I had ordered the bacon and cheddar egg bites and they ended up giving me the egg white and veggie. I don't know what to do not go back there? I just went back through some of the other reviews here and my experience is par for the course. I assume ownership and management don't want to do anything about this because it looks to me as if it hasn't changed. I know for certain that I won't visit this establishment again.

I placed an order on the Dunkin app before we got to the store. The app is NOT user-friendly, adding items automatically to the cart, failing to delete unwanted items, and charging an extra fee before I could place the order. I was having such a problem with the app that i tried to call the store; the phone rang and rang until the call went to voicemail, and the voicemail box was full. Once I finally got the order placed and we arrived at the store, we had a very pleasant experience. The order was ready, and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The donuts were, of course, amazing!

Actually the worst experience. I ordered off the mobile app and drove 15 minutes to go pick up my food. First of all the front door was locked and I eventually figured out that it was drive thru only, but they couldn’t have posted a sign anywhere saying that? Then when I got to the window they told me that had only 2 items out of the 10 I ordered. Went back around to order the things they DID have available and they only had 3 types of donuts available (strawberry chocolate and vanilla). I asked for a coke and the cashier could not understand and even got annoyed with me after I repeated myself multiple times and she eventually got the message. Got my donuts and they were cold. Do better.

Visiting family in town, so decided to stop and purchase breakfast. This store was “open” only in the sense worker(s)? were inside. 9:30 am, lights on door locked. So we reluctantly entered the drive thru queue. Finally get to ordering location to be told my order will be taken in a moment. Moments turned to minutes so after 5 minutes at the order location I navigated out of line. Just because you are Dunkin, you shouldn’t take customers for granted. I recommend donut lovers head further south on Rte. 29 to “Duck Donuts”. Better quality in product and service.
