Subway

Very rude server. Blamed customer for his incompetences. I got there to pick up an online order someone made so I did not know the pick up time. Got there early said I would wait. He said he's too busy so yea I can wait with a rude attitude. Then a few minutes later a few customers came in to order but he refused them because he thought he need to make mine. So they left because they couldn't wait. And now he blamed me for not telling him the pick up time so he could serve those people instead because he made mine earlier than he was supposed to. Even tho it's his job to check the order time. Never will I order here again.

The person behind the counter making my sandwich decided to grab her sleeves while making my food yet proceeded to make the sandwich instead of changing her gloves. I asked politely if she would please remove the gloves and remove the current items on my sandwich which she had used while the gloves were dirty. She was very rude, and didn’t even want to finish making my sandwich. The other guy on the other side saw what happened and just stared didn’t even apologize or acknowledge what had happened. After paying there was such lack of interest in treating the customer. (Me) .. this place is beyond the worst place to eat and service is terrible. Seriously ridiculous. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

Server failed to ask our party what we wanted on our subs expecting us to know how to order them (from a different country where they ask you what you want on it). Those behind our group were told he needed 10 mins to restock everything even though we hardly used anything, and when we walked in he wasn't up to anything. pretty poor service.

The staff was really rude. I only spoke to give my order, and this lady was sighing and glaring like my only job in life was to annoy her. They also messed up my sandwich, I got to work to eat it and had to throw it away it was so bad. I asked for a little oil, and when the sandwich was unwrapped, it was dripping and the bread was completely saturated. Will not go here again

So I didn't go to this subway, but I know tge franchise owners, I've worked for them for nearly two years, so I know exactly what the store is like. It's horribly managed, and lacking in health safety and food quality. By the way, all of the subways in this area are like this, if you don't care if the food is clean, you will have a good time I guess.

I have to question as to why this Subway is still open after seeing the way they run things. Highly unsure why the one worker that they have even has this job. They appear to hate it, and lack any kind of customer service skills whatsoever. Truly concerned about the job performance of their health inspector if they can pass this place.

after all the bad reviews i read i thought about not going here but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. walked in and immediately was hit with some of the worst customer service ive ever experienced. i did notice fruit flies everywhere but was still feeling hopeful no greeting whatsoever, tried to give me things that i didnt ask for, without even asking what kind of cheese or if i even wanted wheat flatbread... i felt hostility and embarrassment through the whole ordering process. bit into my sloppy sub and IT WAS OLD TURKEY, obviously expired. i spat it out. i hope to got i will not have food poisoning. unfortunately i did not keep my receipt or i would have asked for a refund. instead im going to call the health department. this place needs to be shut down. not worth your hard earned money.
