You did good out of five stores I've been to you're one of two that had that new toys out on time! Congrats well managed store. You get a 4.99999999999999 out of 5. Pleasant people working in the Drive-Thru food looks good haven't tried it yet ordered a medium cook I got a large it's a dollar so they gave me the upgrade for free you know another plus. I like them. The reason no five the toys are $1.50 which is too high they should be a dollar.

Rude and loud ! One lady out of the whole restaurant was nice. Don’t know her name she has red hair! She tried helping me out my order was taken all wrong when I get to the window to pay I told the lady that my order was wrong she told me to pull to the next window there would be a manger there to fix it . Get to second window lady with the red hair read me my order back i told her that was Not my order and that I needed to re order ! She smiles and says give me on sec and let me ask if I can take it right here .the lady turns around and begins to ask , she is she is immediately yelled at but they don’t have time for this and that if you don’t know your job and you shouldn’t be here, she proceeds to ask what should I do with the lady in the window who said it was all messed up the lady said give out the right orders then then she said I didn’t take the order so how can I give out the right order if the order was wrong to begin with lady rolled her eyes and just walked away. The lady with the red hair looked upset but said nothing she walked back to the window and asked for me to pull around and she would come out and get my order ! She was almost in tears. I told her that it was ok I would come in and use the kiosk. She apologize again and I pulled off . Pull around park in front walk inside kiosk my order pay with my credit card and wait ! I waited about over 40 min before I got tired of waiting! And ask the lady who I’m sure is manger in a purple button up shirt no name tag where was my order and how much longer would it be ! She huffed real hard and said give me a second please . Walks off and I can’t see who she is talking to but she aggressively tells them that they needed to get my order now and for them to pay attention to the front line and pack . 5 min later the lady with the red hair come around with my order . She proceeds to smile even though I can tell that she’s upset . Tells me she is sorry for any inconvenience and come back soon ! I laughed and said babe I’ll never eat at McDonald’s again If this is the service I get . She apologize again . Now I don’t know who that lady was but she a trooper and if McDonald’s Treats all there employees that way no wonder why they have no help ! I’d rate a 0 if I could
