Everyone was polite and friendly, and the food was about what you expect from the chain. It was 4 instead of 5 stars because we had to pull ahead and wait for some of my food, but that is a management issue and not a staff issue. The staff were great.

Went to get some milkshakes. The drive-thru was quite long so I decided to go in. The doors were locked but there were no signs saying dining was closed; only signs asking you to wear a mask if you were not vaccinated.

This is the best Arby's hands down. I don't love in Charlottesville but I travel through it to Maryland and I prefer to eat here! The people are always nice and the food is always fresh. Bravo

We have no Greek restaurants around, so we love ordering their gyros. They are surprisingly good.

Always gets my order right... and also the fastest drive-thru in the timberwood/forestlakes area of all the fast food restaurants

The roast beef is great tastimg other than being a tad bit dry but as far as fast food goes it was very good and the service was speedy

Fantastic employees and good food. Took longer than expected to get my food but only because they wanted to make everything fresh for me. The employees were also very polite.

Terrible service. Less than one star, but I wont post uness I give it at least one star. I understand the shortage of workers, but I had to wait 20 mins to order at the drive thru, another 20 mins for my food, and then I get home nd there is one sandwich missing (a wrap). There was no receipt, so I now have no way to prove what I paid over $24 for. Never going back there again!!!
