Panera Bread

Visited this location this past weekend and was beyond disappointed. We stood at the dessert area looking over the items as we planned to purchase something sweet. The person at the front counter, Nathan, did not greet or ask if they could assist us. Just got the feeling that he was nervous or afraid to talk to people of color as he was readily available for an elderly person who looked like him but more importantly no customer service training. We did ask for the manager, Rachel, but did not feel reassured that she would address the concern. Needless to say, I/we give this location a 1 star but would love to give it a minus 5. First and last time visiting this location.

First off, order was fine and correct however.... My wife went in to pick up. We had 2 drinks, she asked for a carrier and was told they didn't have any. So she dropped one trying to juggle the bags and the two drinks. Not only did they make her clean it up then had the nerve to try and charge us for a replacement. Management begrudgingly agreed to just give us a replacement and now suddenly there are carriers! Horrible customer service.

I came to pick up a couple cups of coffee. The store us slow, two customers. The staff us very rude. Told me it would take 20 min for coffee???? I simply told the customer tgat I wouldn't be able to deliver their orders, just coffee, by 808am bc the staff told me it would take 20 min, plus it took me 7 me to get here. 30 min total for coffee. So basically Panerai bread I'd telling their customers it'll that 30-45 min longer than expected for their morning coffee. Wow. Lol. I purposely never come here bc of it. Its the same thing every fime. And every time I apologize to the customer that Pamela bread is so slow and unwilling and tgstll it'll be an extra 20-30 min than they expected their order to arrive. Good job guys. You look horrible. It's coffee. Its out of spite. Don't do deliveries of its too hard for your company. I won't come here ever again.

The food is 4 stars but the delivery service is terrible. I’ve ordered delivery twice recently and gotten the wrong order. Both times the cafe wasn’t able to help me. The first time they told me I had to call the company that actually did the delivery but they didn’t know who it was. They unhelpfully suggested I call DoorDash, GrubHub etc to see if they knew who delivered it. I then tried the corporate website customer support agent chat where I was eventually offered $5 off the $30 order I didn’t get. My credit card company refunded it he order price. The same thing just happened except this order confirmation said Doordash. I tried to call Panera but they never answered. After a while on hold with DoorDash .- who now has a specialist team dealing with Panera problems - I was told I’d be called back by the specialist team. Still waiting for that call… Edit 3/29 - just happened for the third time.

The manager here took her time while I was in the drive-thru, (there was no one behind me), to go get a nutrition notebook and look for things I could eat! Things that would be gluten free egg free lactose free I believe there was a salad on there I got that was pretty good. I really appreciate her patience.
