This was very nice, the food was brought to us very quickly, and it tasted amazing. The place was very clean and not dirty like some other burger kings. Also there was funny videos on the TV for entertainment. 🐶

Clean and modern interior. Fast and fresh food. I haven't been to BK since COVID. Food is still the same good quality and the fries are just ok. Fries are still not what they used to be. Employees are nice. Overall, it's a good quick stop for decent food.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We pulled into the drive thru right as the menu switched over to lunch, but we were still allowed to order breakfast. That has never happened to me before.

This is a reliable burger king. I usually order through the app and go through the drive through. I’ve yet to have an incorrect order besides leaving before I got my full order which was in me. The staff is friendly and responsive. The restaurant appears spotless and the parking lot certainly is.

I gave the service a 3 because whenever I go thru the drive-thru, the cashier at the window ALWAYS has a nasty attitude & disposition. However, when I'm able to go inside (due to them not having the door locked😒), the cashier at the front, whether it's a manager or associate, is ALWAYS so friendly, courteous, & helpful. I would NEVER go thru the drive-thru if it were left up to me. This particular trip, we only purchased Nuggets & fries for the kids. From what I could tell, everything was pretty fresh & quite tasty.

Every time I have visit this establishment. The young ladies that work the drive-through. Has it never got my order wrong. To the kitchen staff whoever is back there on the ones and tows thank you. My food is always correct the fries are always hot. The Onion rings are always hot. The Burger is always amazing. Thank you for coming to work if feeding me.

Staff was Incredibly Pleasant and helpful! They were patient, they did not rush me, they politely explained my options and availability. When I pulled up to pay, the lovely lady engaged in extra conversation that definitely brightened my day. Then she told me my order was ready and I could proceed. The next beautiful lady gave me hot food and blessed my day!
(And don’t let a little bit of garbage outside fool you- it IS Charlotte)
