Wendy's

Absolutely terrible. Actually had to have manager check me out and still was screwed up as original cashier had no idea how to handle a coupon. 2nd visit in my life to this location... and equal or worse then 1st. Wendy's I love but this 1 terrible but closest to me. Will use Wendy's again but not this 1 Ever

SERIOUSLY, THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN until they can find enough workers, pay them better so they can afford to live in Pineville, train them, & operate at a normal speed. Located right across the hospital and should operate a lot better in order to be opened. ONLY 2 women working their butts off inside!! All of Charlotte is making the same mistake as the other large cities-pushing minimum wage workers out because of housing inflation.

This Wendys has the worst service and staff of any Wendys I've ever been too, it's a shame that they're the closest to my house - been there a few times, but can't do it any more, half the time they're 'closed' in the middle of the day with no sign up or anything, other half of the time they inturrupt you while you're speaking and are jerks in general. They need to get some better employees (and probably pay them a better wage to retain them).

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. this restaurant has proved 3 times to me that it’s just a disgrace. i just moved here recently and i LOVE wendy’s. but the first time i tried to order from them about a month ago, they informed me they was only selling chicken nuggets and french fries. okay i might have caught them on a bad night? so i try again a few weeks after that. I go to this location and order a 4for4 with baconator fries and a strawberry lemonade…i inform the second window (after already paying at the RUDE first window) that i didnt recieve my strawberry lemonade. this RUDE ADN DISRESPECTFUL drive thru employee shoves my drink at me causing me to drop it all over my lap. okay accidents happen right? I GO YESTERDAY ( 03/15/22) and after sitting in line for 10 minutes and sitting another 10 at the intercom waiting on them to answer they inform me they can’t take my order cause of shift change and i would need to come inside and order? HUH? i’ve worked in fast food multiple times and NEVER EVER have we had to stop our drive thru due to shift change. and you mean to tell me u can serve the 8 cars in front of me but not my car? I wish there was someone higher up i could speak to. this Wendy’s is just a horrible experience everytime!

No stars!!!! PLEASE READ SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME!!! Took me an hour for 4 cars ahead of me to get to the intercom. I finally get to the box to be told to wait, 10 mins goes by, I patiently wait. I'm in the food and bev industry so I completely understand everything that is going on in the staffing world. I make my order. No cars in front of me I get to the window. I'm thinking ok here we go. I'm waiting to pay it takes another 8 mins, that's fine they are cooking. I pay I get back on the street. I open the bag, I pull out a stale over cooked not even lukewarm french fry that has clearly been sitting out. Again I deal with food all day. To then dig into my nuggets not only are old but they are also not even lukewarm. The only fresh item I'm finding is my baconator. So I not only waisted an hour of my time in a line of 4 cars. I'm getting old stale cold food. Something is wrong here. I now know never come back here!!!!

Extraordinarily slow. Possibly understaffed, but unlikely; there were at least three employees inside, and only four cars in the drive-thru (dining room was closed). One was wiping down a counter. Strange priority since customers are waiting 15+ minutes just for someone to come to the mic to take their orders. EDIT: Dropped from 2 stars to 1. At the drive thru, they told the car ahead of us to wait "one minute" while they finished a "big order." After 15 minutes and no word, I walked around to check out the "big order" customer. No one was there. The two employees inside were not making food. One was just talking on the phone. Eventually they said something to the car at the mic and everyone drove away. Huge waste of time, every time. Ridiculous.
