I went to smoothie king from having a tough evening from another establishment and staff member Charles completely changed my attitude. Went in for a large smoothie and left with feeling appreciated as a customer. He doesn't even know it. Definitely a 5 star for hospitality! Thank you!!!!!

I love Smoothie King very much! But there is one reason I will definitely be going to this particular location. And that reason is because of a really awesome person, his name is Charles. If you go to this location, I hope Charles will be the one to take your order. He made my experience with the Prosperity Church Rd location very warm and welcoming, and very professional. Charles deserves a bonus and recognition, for his excellent customer service. If the managers of this store read this review, please don't let me effort in sharing my positive experience go to waste, please reward your wonderful employees when they are able to make a customer take the time, to write a positive review due to that employee's hard work and delivery! First time here had a great experience. Store is very clean, staff wears a mask (if your concerned about that kind of thing), my dark chocolate banana smoothie tastes great and I even got a little extra on the side. Thanks!
