The burgers are wonderful here. Tastes like an old fashioned charcoal grilled burger. So many toppings to choose from and believe me I've never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Can't go wrong grabbing something to eat here.

We showed up with a fairly large party at 20 mins to close and our food was ready in no time and tasted amazing. More than anything the customer service we received was top notch and with a smile!! Will definitely be back.

Only been here a couple of times, but in general the food is good. There is a build your own burger option, I went with a mushroom and swiss, and it was quite tasty. The cashier was quick, the prep time was a little slow for a burger. If you want a break from regular fries as a side, try either the tots or sweet potato fries other were good!

Food was good. We went at lunch time so it was really busy. Get there before 1130 if you want a table away from the line. Menu was varied so you can find something for everyone. Enjoyed the tater tots.

My girlfriends and I stopped in for a juciy burger and we got it. A couple of us got the All American and were satisfied. The others got the turkey burger and appreciated how the meat was not dry and the sandwich itself was flavorful.

Pretty dang good burger. I enjoy the pretzel bun bacon cheeseburger. The sides are good (sweet potato fries and reg fries taste bland - go for the onion rings). The price is above average. I try to go 5 - 10 bucks for lunch this place was morelike 15.

The BEST burger I have EVER eaten! The menu has numerous items w/lots of specialty toppings for burgers. Toppings range from the usual to mac n cheese and egg. CLEAN dining area and restrooms with super friendly staff. Happy I stumbled upon this place and wish there was one near me!

Far and above better than fast food, but not completely amazing. Great solid choice though. If you're in the area and want something good, go here. If you're looking for "best burgers in Charlotte" I'm not sure I would put it on the list. Service is good and staff is friendly. Overall a solid choice. I have lunch here often because I work close by.
