Chipotle Mexican Grill

I wish I could give 0 stars. The workers here are completely rude and only gave me half of a normal serving size of food!! This Chipotle used to be the best location in Charlotte, but they went downhill. I asked for fajita veggies in my order and they said they ran out. I told the employee I will wait while they cook more and the worker said they were completely out. Mind you, I went to the store at 7:30pm! How are you completely out of veggies 2.5 hours prior to closing? Horrible. Please continue to go to Chipotle, just not this location. On top of everything else, the girl in front of me asked for chips in her online order and did not receive them. As she went to the counter to ask about them, the cashier said they ran out. The customer asked if she can get a refund and the worker said she needs to request a refund on chipotle.com. 😑😑😑 Save your coins and go to another location.

I first checked the reviews of the nearby Chipotle. None had Great reviews but I decided to go the the one I was closest to. Get in line to order 4 Burrito Bowls. 20 minutes on white rice, no veggies, just the dried up, veggies stuck in the empty pan. I asked what time they closed as all the pans were low or empty and they said 10pm. Is was exactly 7:22pm. Guess, you just have to take the scrapes that’s left or go somewhere else. I decided to leave and find dinner elsewhere.

Super disappointing to have to wait 30 minutes over my pickup time (1:10pm) for a mobile order just to get home and discover my food is not even mine. Usually I try to make do but I can’t even eat this persons bowl due to the amount of hot salsa in this bowl. Super disappointed and upset as this is a frequent issue at this location. I usually never try to leave bad reviews but this was absolutely unacceptable! Seriously please do better as a staff.

Waiting an extra 30 minutes past my pick up time for an online order. Couldn’t go inside as the door was locked. This location seems significantly understaffed. Thankfully my order was correct and had the appropriate amount of food unlike some other folks in their reviews. The fajita veggies and the meat was cold though.

This location specifically seems off … we order delivery from Chipotle typically and it used to be from this location. We always felt sick after. Ordered our usual orders another time from a different location and noticed that the food tasted amazing and no one felt sick after like we had previously. We also had all of our items vs usually missing a few things when it’s from here. Ate in the restaurant here again and the food was OK and no issues with the service, but both of us felt sick and the restaurant didn’t seem super clean. We love Chipotle but sadly this location is lacking.

The food is good when they have the ingredients you want, but they are always out of something. The last time I went in person they were out of rice. When I got them delivered today they were out of Chicken (so they sent the meal with no meat). Furthermore the restaurant is always dirty and the lines are extremely long.

Just take a look at the trend of reviews….save your time and money and do not frequent this location any longer. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The location is consistently out of items and when you ask when that item will be ready or cooked again you are looked at with contempt. I realize there are shortages in both labor and supplies, but I have not noticed such drastic downhill changes at other locations or restaurants. Don’t eat here.

I arrived at 5pm on a Friday Evening. The restaurant was not prepared for the evening rush. They were out of white rice and steak and all of the other options were down to the bottom of the container and not being restocked. I asked how long it would be for more steak she simply looking around shrugged and said we don’t have any. I left.
