Tijuana Flats

First time here. Service was great. The restaurant is clean and colorful. They have a great sauce bar for those that love sauces. I didnt use it because the food was excellent without adding anything. As for the food it was all delicious. Got to try several different menu items and each one used fresh ingredients, juicy meats, and beautiful presentation. (Loaded guacamole was really great, as was the chicken and rice bowl, tikka chicken chimichangas and philly cheesesteak flautas). Dessert was very nice too. The churros reminded me of being at a fair or festival. Great flavor and nice crunch. The big winner was the chocolate chip cookie dough flautas. Ooey gooey chocolate cookie dough inside a fried tortilla shell. Included a chocolate sauce for dipping. All in all an excellent experience

Great experience, we have been to this Ballantyne location a few times and this was the best experience with service and food. Tasted great just like the ones in FL, first couple times we went it didn't even seem close. Service too was great from start to finish, Kenny and staff provided great service. Great job keep it up! We will see u soon!

Was my first time there last night. They came over the make sure everything was ok and if we enjoyed the food which was extremely good. Me and my coworker were there after closing talking, not realizing the time, but they didn't rush us out or anything. I appreciate them for their customer service where as other restaurants, they would keep walking pass with attitudes and stuff. They just let us be. Of course we apologized for losing track of time and thanked them.

I'm giving this four stars because the staff was absolutely phenomenal and very helpful when it came to me ordering. They also give plenty of food but the food to me was just okay and it could just be me not being accustomed to this chain of Tex-Mex food.. The rice was a little crunchy for my taste. I did like that they have fish as a protein so that was definitely a plus and contributes to why they have a 4. I also thought it was cool that they had so many sauces to try with the dish. They really didn't have many vegetables as part of their selection, just the basics. It wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked it but I'm guessing that I was supposed to use all those sauces that was there on it and I was just unsure really how to mix it. I will definitely try them again and probably try a different dish and ask for a help with sauce combinations to make sure I have the best experience with their dish.
