Food is great! I got the Carolina burger, and my friend got wings and a shrimp po boy. I'm sure the service, personnel, and atmosphere is great, too, but one of my friends picked up our meals to go. They've been there before, and really like the place. I know I'd go back when I'm on that side of town again!

This was the first place we stopped at on my visit to Charlotte. We wanted to watch the NCAA games and eat some wings. The wings were in fact A-plus and what an awesome group of nice folks, both the employees and the patrons. I will definitely be back here as this is an easy can't miss spot if you're looking for good food and good people!

Hot Ranch Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. - I love this sandwich and the crinkle fries always seem to be cooked perfect. I do want to get the O-rings next round as they looked and smelled delicious. Buffalo Shrimp - These too were great fresh. I will say that these would not be something I'd see being reheated so eat them up. House chips are also a good side item choice. I always try to hit this place up when I am in the area which is rare these days.

Had to check this place out, since it's the last on my list from the "best wings in Charlotte" list. The wings were really good, and my wife loved the chicken Philly wrap with housemade chips. Very similar to Wing King Cafe wings. (Not sure if DD does re-grilled for extra crispy or not?) We'll be back!!

Best wings ever! I recommend the hot garlic, flappers only. The sample platter is nice, but the sauces mix and ruin the flavor. So get your favorite and then order a small of a new flavor every time. This is a hole in the wall place, but worth the stop. The places needs renovated, though. The bathroom is pretty bad and the stall doesn't lock. The seats are janky sadly; however, the wings and service are so good I ignore everything else.

Ok, it’s a small local dive. Why the 5 stars? It’s a great dive! The food (choices of wings and sauces are exemplary), they have a full bar, relatively clean (including bathrooms) and the bartenders and waitresses know how to treat ya! The have a jukebox and sports playing and well, everyone goes there! To police to suits to the flip flop and T-shirt wearers in between, this place just feels right and safe too. Did I mention the food?

This is one of the best places to get wings in Charlotte. I’ve been wanting to check it out for a while now, but just now got around to it. Wing King Cafe is also frequently mentioned as the best wings in Charlotte. It’s hard for me to say which is better since it’s been a few years since I’ve been to Wing King Cafe, but both have amazing wings. We got the 25 wing sampler with Ginger, Hot Gold, Hot Ranch, Hot Fajita, Garlic Parmesan. All of the flavors were really good and the hot flavors weren’t too spicy (to someone who doesn’t like really spicy food). The Hot Fajita was definitely the hottest, but was still good to me. It had a strong lime flavor and was my husband’s favorite (he loves spicy food). We both agreed the Ginger was the weakest of the flavors we got - it had a teriyaki/ginger seasoning, but didn’t have much flavor at all. The charred flavor was good, but I was hoping for a much stronger ginger flavor. The Hot Ranch was a Buffalo Ranch and was pretty good. The Hot Gold was a mustard BBQ with a little kick and the Garlic Parmesan was pretty solid. Overall, there’s a ton of options to choose from and I would expect everyone to be able to find something they like. The service is incredibly fast and friendly. They were happy to provide explanations and recommendations. We will definitely be coming back next time we want some wings!
