My five stars are for Ms. Shelby!! She was the waitress for my staff dinner on Friday evening. Shelby got a little overwhelmed at first (my group can be a bit much) but after speaking with her she bounced back effortlessly. Shelby you did an amazing job and the words I shared with you, I truly meant it. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and don’t let anyone dim your light. Thank you to those that allowed my crew to sing. It was fun!

We celebrated a birthday lunch. The staff was very pleasant and accommodated our party of 15 well. Brian was our server and he was great. Very professional and paid attention to detail. He is definitely an asset to the business. I ordered shrimp and grits and let me tell you… *grits were thick and creamy *abundance of protein/sausage and shrimp *super flavorful * not overly salted *enough for a second meal at home I will certainly return for a hearty meal during this winter season

Stayed at the hotel next door and stopped over to watch some football before our trip home back north. Great place to watch a game, with plenty of tvs throughout. We had the wings, charred, and they were amazing. Also had the cedar planked salmon with rice and it was equally good, with a great glaze. Our server, Brian, was very attentive and did a great job!! Definitely would recommend this place!

A friend and I usually choose Hickory Tavern for our lunch meetings as it is a convenient location as well as the food options. This week, we were blown away by the customer service of Brian Winston, our server. He had the biggest smile on his face, greeted us quickly upon sitting and was always attentive to our table. Hospitality is a hard industry but it takes special individuals to really come in and give it your all when customers can be finicky. Keep it up Brian! We loved our lunch and your service!

I give a 4 only because I created my own salad, but the cheese didn't make it to it and I asked for grilled blackened chicken and the chicken did not get blackened. However, what I did get was still very good. We were all happy with what we got, and our waiter was the best. Overall, I would definitely recommend it!

Good food and service. Takeout ordering is convenient online. Inside is dark and windowless, big sports bar pub atmosphere. We prefer sitting on the nice patio outside. Update: been back several times. Menu seems to have changed. Really enjoyed the Power Bowl with tuna and large bbq chicken nachos are great for sharing!

Super packed for the Canello fight, but got us right in. Really good service! Waitress was attentive, smiling and happy! Always willing to get what we needed, and we're needy this night haha! Wings were spot on! Jumbo,crispy and fast! Good sauces too! Also had the Philly sandwich, it was a hefty portion, and the fries were crisp and seasoned, not greasy and soggy! Great drink selection. The place is clean, large, and set up with many TVS. Not a typical sports bar thats....run down. Very well maintained and kept up!

This was near the hotel I was staying at, so I decided to give it a try. Not bad, solid 4 I say. Service was good, food came out quickly. I had the fish and chips. With the mozzarella cheese sticks appetizer. The fish was good, just a bit oily, like it didn't get to drain after frying long enough. That was the only criticism for the food. The tarter sauce was really good. As were the tater tot side I chose. The mozzarella cheese sticks were very good! Crunchy and chewy.
