The manager was very nice. Even though it took a little bit they were trying to get it out fast and didn't mess anything up.

We walked in, stood at the counter for several minutes. The Mgr, who did not greet us, spoke across the counter at an employee out in the dining room and asked her if she saw us standing there waiting to be served. She replied yes and slowly shuffled her way to the counter only to NOT greet us. She looked down for a solid minute then looked up to ask if we were dining in or take out in a very sleepy, lazy tone. No excitement or urgency. We left.

The food was alright but definitely not close to being good. The best part about Bojangles which are the fries didn't even have any seasoning. The food was dry but the drinks tasted good.

Ordered a family meal. It took 50 minutes when told it would be 25. Would have taken longer had we not gone in and spoken with manager. Was told they didn't have chicken ready yet other cars kept going through the drive thru with no delay.

Not impressed with the quality of food. I don't know how long the sandwiches were sitting pre-made. Too much cussing and one worker was dusting the air vents over the food.

They are always super quick with fresh food and pleasant energy in store. However I did order door dash to here and had a horrible experience. I ordered a family meal got no biscuits and my be sides where not all there. So we basically had chicken and rice....we eat lots of veggies so where not okay with the mishandling of my order. I then had to reconcile my order through door dash. I called the store and management thought I should come get my missing items myself even though I had paid for a delivery service. I could not get my food but was completely refunded through door dash. I was very disappointed.

I think I died and went to Fried Chicken Heaven 😋😋😋😋 I'm very sad Bojangles doesn't come this far North! I will treasure it each time I go South! Thank you for the most delicious chicken and biscuit EVER❣️
