Staff is very efficient. Every time I order on the app my sandwiches are always ready on time.

I arrived here and the place was empty the door chime went off and the worker continued to do dishes in the back it wasn't until after 2 more customers came in at separate times (about 8-10 minutes went by). The employee washed hands and was very short and rude unless you are a regular and have an easy sandwich. The person didn't close my sandwich before wrapping it so the sauce was everywhere and all inside the bag. It is unclean and needs more help as a former subway manager it seems everyone needs more training especially for it seeming to be a slower location. I would definitely whip them in shape if allowed.

I didn't even chance eating here. I stopped in the bathroom before ordering, it was kinda dirty for just opening at 7 (I stopped in at 8:45). I was wondering to myself while I was in there.... If they don't clean the bathroom what else do they not clean. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and order anyway when I saw the glass that encases the sandwich ingredients. Picture is included below, you can see some of the grossness under the words circled in purple and orange. There was more, it's just not showing up well. And it was on the INSIDE! I left.

It OK for... It's subway after all.. They all taste the same. But the girl behind the counter got mad at me because I ordered 5 subs. She said I should have called the order in first... For 5 subs? Give me a break.

Went their 2 times around 4:30 and both times the sign says “open” and the lights are on, but doors are locked and no employee in their.. very confused..

Awesome! I had stopped at subway the other day for a steak and cheese footlong, and The customer service was great, Her name was Lucy I believe, She had great customer service!!

They finally got it right!! Stopped in tonight half an hour before close and had a great experience! Lucy was working the counter and was friendly and engaged in conversation! This is the first person at this location that was friendly and caring! Goes a long ways in any business! Thank you Lucy for making up for my past experiences here! Give this teammate a raise, she deserves it!!
