Dunkin'

I hate leaving bad reviews, I am one to want to give only praises but unfortunately I have to share how horrible my drinks and experience was to save another person from the same awful circumstance... We ordered a hot caramel craze which tastes like hot water and a cold French vanilla latte which I specifically asked for no ice (repeated this 4 times), also tasted like iced water. To top it all off I was over charged $5 for the entire order. When I shared my dissatisfaction the young lady shrug her shoulders and said her system was down could not issue a correct refund. Not about the $5 it’s about horrible drinks ) ;

Nathan is amazing! I’ve always had a problem with my order and trying to find something that I like until today. It took me more than a few minutes to try to decide on something and the lady was nice but Nathan is a real chef lol! I took a sip of what was recommended and I immediately called to talk to Nathan who made it for me and he gave me the recipe and exactly what to ask for next time and he was so sweet!! Unfortunately his manager wasn’t there so I figured that I can leave a nice review.

This place needs to step up their game! I've been twice and asked for latter but this is no latter, is reg coffe with milk. Also the hashbrowns are microwaved. But then again, I think everything is. The people that work there are very nice though. And the place is clean. It just needs better training. Thank you for your service.

I always get extra bacon egg and cheese on the bacon egg and cheese bagel because otherwise it looks like a bagel with nothing else on it because they put such a small amount of the other stuff on it. I’ve learned to adjust my order to pay extra to get a normal size bacon egg and cheese bagel but today when I added all that it came out with cheese that was still hard and cold like straight out of the refrigerator. It wasn’t warmed up or melted at all it was kind of just all put together and given to me. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Even when paying extra to get a good sandwich it’s still not good.

treatment of employees is terrible. worked here for around 4-5 months , the first manager was great until this current one , some of the adult employees were disrespectful to the minors , no lunch break or regular breaks are allowed , 14 year olds were started at $7.25 which is unacceptable , mold behind where the donuts are , roaches roaming , and the list goes on , it was a cool job that i enjoyed but management sucks as well as the pay , they only pay their kind better and those who they “know” , and they try to literally slave you

Former regular customer. I get something from Dunkin Donuts every day. Todays issue could’ve been avoided. At around 3pm, I ordered two creature creations. Made it to the window and my card with money on it for whatever reason wasn’t working. The supervisor, then switched with the cashier to tell me there was no more ice cream left. Knowing damn well that was a lie, I pulled into the parking lot and walked into the building. NO SURPRISE, every bucket was full. I confronted the supervisor, who I know very well, and he tells me he meant they were out of vanilla. I looked at the bucket of vanilla and asked again. He then proceeds to tell me he meant coffee ice cream. The cashier repeated the order back to me before I made it to the window, so they definitely knew I wasn’t asking for coffee flavor. I will SAVE them the frustration and NOT come back to this location again. Good day!
