It can be a little bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes the food seems fresh, other times I know the pre-packaged foods have been refrigerated and placed out on display the next day. Overall can use a nice clean scrub down. The heat lamps that layover the open tofu bar don't emit Heat. Realized that they were LED lights. With all the new changes and gentrification of Chamblee, I hope this place gets renovated. I've certainly had better.

Cheap, and the tofu and prepared foods are pretty tasty. The lady at the counter definitely only spoke to us in Vietnamese even though we didn't know what was happening--and it's fine. Only thing that I really disliked was the fact that other customers were poking their fingers into the sesame balls, so who knows whose germs you're eating? That's not the business' fault, but I'd like to see them give the place a clean. Their health inspection score was an 82.

Viettofu is more of a market where you can buy takeout lunch items. There's only one little table for seating. Really good for a quick takeout bite, I recommend the banh mi for sure. My only negatives are they frequently run out of popular items way before closing, and the pickled mustard greens are not consistently good.

Was nowhere near as good as normal. Terrible smell as I walked into the door. Had a spring roll-shrimp and pork they were okay but not like normal. Bahn Mi -combination was a no go for me. Normally I enjoy it. Dirty walls and the smell made me not want to eat the food but I have enjoyed the food here before many times so I decided to go ahead. Maybe it will be better next time.

Always delicious, very affordable, convenient to many great neighborhoods and office sites, clean and cheerful. Amazing selection of familiar delights and (to me) new flavors & textures. Prepared on site, mostly all on the same day. Lunches, fresh and fried rolls, bahn-mi, soups, funky salads, sweets, sugar cane juice, tofu mills

The tofu with ginger (Tàu hũ nước đường), prepared fresh, is excellent. It is served in a huge styrofoam cup at a great price. It is warm, but it taste really good when it is chilled in the refrigerator as well. The spring rolls, desserts, and pork at Viet Tofu are great too. The owners at Viet Tofu are very nice and it is one of my favorite places on Buford Highway.
