Table and chairs area closed off. Restrooms closed off. Absolutely nowhere to even sit. Rude female manager. Yet automatically add on a 15% tip ? What waiter ? What service ? I really don't understand the USA tipping system.

Today we went into Subway. My elderly mother sat down and was approached by the managers husband and he was extremely rude to my mom raising his voice at her saying that he had just mopped but there were NO wet floor signs and the floor was not wet. He told her to move where she was sitting. My mom had NO problem telling him how RUDE he was! We are locals and will NOT go back until this RUDE man is no longer working there!

They tried automatically adding a tip when they've closed dine-in off, no toilets, drink machine or water, then got attitude when asked to take off the tip

Ok they were almost out of everything including bread, turkey, etc. The girls there worked super hard. Nice patio. This franchise needs to be seriously looked at. There is no way management should be running out of everything at 6pm on a Tuesday. Subway needs to retrain the management in ordering. The place was packed with to go orders. The business is there with minimum effort.

I used to work at a Subway, and this is far from great. We waited in line for 20 minutes with 4 people total in line and I was JUDGING! You have to be completely incompetent to mess up and take 20 minutes ON SANDWICHES! Then when I finally got to make my sandwich, I had the crankiest lady I've seen in customer service. They didn't put a good amount of condiments. They over toasted my sandwich. Then when we paid the Soda machine was out as well. Tried going there again and they closed 36 minutes early.
