My work bought lunch for our shift on Saturday, about 20 orders. I called and placed order. I had 2 pickup times. The food was great and ready at both times. The cashier was nice.

When my wife and I went in the music was so loud you couldn't hear. So we ordered and sat down. We asked if they could turn down the music. They turned it off. And then we waited for our food. People that order after us got their food before us. So we asked where our food was and they said our order had gotten bumped of some how. So we requested our money-back and left. Will never go back to KFC IN Centerville Iowa again.....

Always a hit or miss here. Understaffed but who isn’t these days. I usually always order the same thing and it sometimes is missing an ingredient. Staff are friendly and prices reasonable.

Mostly the people are nice but food is absolutely horrible! Chicken is almost always old and greasy tasting … I got my order at 11:30 AM and the even at that time the chicken was nasty

Ordered wings and was told it would be 12 minutes. No problem right? WRONG it was an hour and I still had to remind them.

I made an online order and have done this before and been satisfied. Tonight however was different. The biscuits were raw and the chicken order was messed up. They said they ran out of thighs so they gave us an extra leg. We were told when i called that usually they ask you if that is ok but i wqs not even spoken to when i walked in.
