Typical applebee What seemed like a 100 different servers The only time you've seen the original one was when he was dropping off the check or taking your order And then When it comes to paying the bill it's not the human interaction once again they expect you to do the work at that computer at your table. Servers nowadays wonder why their tips are very few. If this new generation would only go that extra mile And put in the personal touch

The food was excellent, the service was horrible. It took more than 15 minutes after we were seated for anyone to even ask us if we wanted something to drink. We received the excuse of "the other waiter left and no one told me you were here", which basically reflects poor management. We had to repeat our order to the waiter several times and ask several times for it to be made correctly. My mom ordered the 'new' strawberry chicken salad, and the promo menu for the new salads stated that *every* salad came with a bread stick. However, upon receiving her salad, there was not a bread stick included. We mentioned this to our waiter, who, after almost taking 10 minutes to get this simple bread stick, told us that it was not included with the salad and he had to get the manager's permission to 'free it out' and give it to my mom with her salad. I did not even receive part of my order and had to ask the waiter about it. I cannot believe the poor communication going on in this restaurant. I brought my mom here for Mother's Day and was completely embarrassed.

So apples to oranges here. But my to go order from here was a sirloin, taters and broccoli. With artichoke spinach dip and it was yummy. I had a similar to go order from the cheese cake factory except from them I got the filet mignon. Applebee's sirloin was just as tender but had more flavor at a fraction of the cost. Also the spinach artichoke dips blows the cheese cake factory out of the water. Thanks for the delicious meal Applebee's!

I see a lot of 1 and 2 star reviews, and I kind of see why, maybe? Our server was less than helpful unfortunately, but the management here really steps up and keeps things flowing smooth. We were seated and treated by the bartender I believe, and menus and drinks were brought promptly. After waiting a bit on the server, the front of house manager, I assume, apologized for our wait and took the order for us. The food came out at this point in a timely fashion, and because of my comment about life's short, eat desert first we were greeted by lava cake, followed by appetizers, and then our entrees. The food was all cooked to perfection and all staff were totally compliant with the current guidelines, and sanitizing things as they went along. Disposable menus were provided and destroyed when we left the table. Overall, I'd say they did quite well. My critique stands concerning the server whom we barely encountered but given everything they have to do to be able to stay open, I won't even try to assume I k ow what she was being kept busy or preoccupied by. Will he back again!
