This is the absolute worst gas station in the metroplex, it’s the only place that takes a fleet card on my way to work and I have to stop here multiple times a week, diesel pumps are always either pay at pump not available or out of order, dont even think about getting a receipt from pump station, the children they have working inside are too busy talking about tic tok to do their job. Place is trash.

Went in 6/8/20 had someone open the door for me and both of us got yelled at by some older guy with glasses and white hair probably as loud as he could yell telling us to get out because they were closed at 5:25pm. This place has had horrible service in the past but I keep going back. I understand if you have an emergency power outage and you are closed but yelling at customers at the top of your lungs is probably not the best way to advise people you are closed. There are better ways to do that. Won’t be taking my business there anymore. There are other better options than this place in Celina. Sad to see this place decline over the years.

I came in and bought 2 icys with my fiancee and paid with a $10 dollar bill. The owner took my money and when i asked for my change he started screaming at me and threatening to call the police. Very horrible experience. This place is probably one of the worst gas stations in celina. I would rather drive to prosper then go 2 min from my house to this 711.

Guy at the counter never said a word to me even as I ordered wings. He then coughed and sneezed while getting the wings without gloves and when I told him I no longer wanted the wings he either didnt understand or didnt care because I couldnt get him to remove them from me sale. I just paid for the wings and my drink and left the wings on the counter. He never even tried to tell me I was leaving the wings behind!! I use 711 daily but not anymore.

Some of the pumps do not give a receipt after you finish pumping gas, a little annoying as you have to go back inside to get it. The staff is nice enough but sometimes might come off a little distant, maybe just cultural differences. Over all not bad for a 7-11, I like having it in the area for late night needs.
