Subway

Subway Owner- you need to fire the two young kids you have working there and train some professionals. My wife had a horrible experience where everything from the meat- sauce process had at least one error in each of the steps. Not to mention, your employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife, bless her heart kept her integrity and was polite and sweet under those circumstances. Either run the franchise right or sell it to someone who will respect the privilege of entrepreneurship. God bless and I hope you turn this place around.

Within the past 7 months I've had this Subway about once or twice a month. I always get the Meal of the Day. I'm feeding between 3 and 6 men, so this was everyone gets the same thing. They were out of meatballs because they didn't receive the delivery, which I complete understand. I asked if they could substitute any other sandwich, it didn't matter which one The answer was no. I asked why, the answer was no. As I walked out the door, they told me to have a nice day. I then went to Bobkat and bought 4 tortas which were 100% better than anything Subway could make. Jimmy John's where are you?

My sons found the subway coupons in the mail today so pooled their money together to use the buy one get one free sub. They rode their bikes and went all by themselves to the store. When they went to check out they handed over the coupon and were told that the coupon machine wasn’t working and they couldn’t use it despite it not being expired until 8/30/22. They only brought enough money to cover the one sub and yet ordered two so they could use the coupon. A kind lady purchased their subs for them so they could move along. We have only been to this store 3 times in the last year, and every time we have had issues with the payments such as not taking the coupons or not having a credit card machine working.

Terrible experience. We will not return here. All 4 times we’ve been here the chairs have been on the tables. When you ask if they are open, he replies with a sarcastic comment back. Today I replied back that I guess they don’t want any customers to sit down and eat. He continued to stare at me after I ordered and kept saying he “had a weird feeling”. This guy is not helping this business at all. Additionally, every time we’ve been there he’s condescending to his fellow employees. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

What’s up with their rude attitude? I’m just trying to buy a freaking sandwich. Just keep your personal life and problems at home or get a new job you’ll enjoy… Also, why are all the chairs still on the tables at 4pm? A formal review will be submitted to corporate. Hopefully you close or get new management. LOL cross eyes dummy was on a power trip

Adjusting this review, Paola is by far the best employee we have had experience with 5 stars all the way. 1 star to the store and management. We were in this subway today 6/2/2022 for almost an hour because she was the only working. Had a line of customers plus online orders to fulfill and she handled it wonderfully. I feel bad for her that management doesn’t care to have more people working at night. She deserves a raise.

I am a vegetarian and Subway is a go to place for me and most people I know who are vegetarian. One thing I love is how you can customize your sandwich with all sorts of veggies. This location was a disaster, we are next in line to place our order. The sole employee had us wait till she filled a takeout order. I am not complaining about the wait. It is what I saw made me get out without placing my order. The lady making sandwiches was basically picking vegetables and putting it on the meat on the sandwich. She was picking the extra veggies from the meat on the sandwich and putting it back. I understand that you can put too much veggies but please don’t contaminate food for vegetarian people. I am unsure about sanitary standards but this definitely fails the religious standards.
