Burger King

Came here to buy lunch for my crew. Ordered 10 whoppers with cheese. As soon as I ordered the manager turned and sneered at me. Never been here before so not sure what that was about. As I stood in line I realized they are just short help and the stress level is high. As I stood I witnessed the manager being very snappy with employees and customers. Once my order came up to be made she made it very clear to all the employees that I should have called the order in. Beings she said it loud enough for me to hear as well I volunteered getting a refund and going elsewhere to feed my crew. She didn’t respond and didn’t even look at me. I had to ask several times before she gave me a “we’re making it”…..I didn’t care about the wait, I did care about the attitude. Several problems here. Probably above store level as well.

Has some serious problems with the bk app while at this location. The manager was very helpful, patient, and understanding in working through this issue! She even offered us the food for free after the order and coupons on the app were a complete disaster. Kudos for the customer service here!! Shame on Burger King’s horrible app!

It would have been better if the drive-up attendant had said to pull around to the main door instead of "the front of the store" which can be interpreted as the side against the street. This was my 4th Spicy Ch'King sandwich, it seems like the newness has worn off in the kitchen or the supply chain, my first was the best, each one since has suffered since.. I'll go back to my economy menu items, and "special priced days", social security isn't seeing the raises to match inflation at its current rate. We originally were in Waterloo, but did not see a location there and drove to this location out of our way, as we do not have any without going 45 miles from home.
