I REALLY miss the old workers! These young folks gotta bad attitude & DONT wanna work, GEESH! Get it 2gether! At the end of the day: “u” chose this job! BTW: I LOVE their eggrolls!!! I ALWAYS get 3 EVERYTIME I go! They’re SO delicious 😋😋😋 FYI: I’m trying 2 new entrees 2day!

I always go here. They have good food but today did it for me. I just witness the cook, remove his mask, clean his nose and not once wash his hands nor sanitize them. He continued cooking adding chicken on the scale with his bare hands and grabbing hands full of mushrooms out of the container. That is so nasty and inconsiderate of him. Not to mention COVID is back on the rise. I COULD NOT believe my eyes. SOOO DISAPPOINTED WITH PANDA!!!

Line was 12 people long yet we got our food and were back in the car in less than 15 minutes. I believe the reason their line is so long is due to NO DRIVE THRU. The customer service is excellent. Food is always FRESH AND HOT!

The food was good however the wait time was extremely long and half the food items was scarce and old. It was an additional wait time for fresh food to be put out. Get it together Panda!

My daughter and I came in about 8:30 PM to order a late dinner. We were greeted by Jimiya, who was an absolute doll during our entire visit. The cashier, however, was completely and utterly rude and disrespectful!!!!
They ran out of Chow Mein and orange chicken so we chose to wait until the cooks made some fresh. The cashier told me my total, and I politely told her my order isn’t complete and I’ll pay once I see that each of my three dinner plates are correct and complete. Her response was, “Well you can still pay.”….. I explained further and reiterated what I previously said. “I don’t fill comfortable paying yet until I see the noodles and orange chicken is cooked properly. Then I’ll have no problem paying, but I’m not going to pay for this until I know it’s complete.” She then looked at me, rolled her eyes, and asked, “Soooo, you’re just not gonna pay!!?”. My response was, “I have no problem paying once I see my order is complete and correct”.
Now my reasoning for waiting to pay was logical because I observed the cashier mess up two previous customers orders that paid BEFORE.
After 5 minutes the cooks yelled “CHOW MEIN READY!!”, signally to the line to get the large dish of noodles. The cashier deliberately moved my dinners from the line to the edge of the empty register. After waiting 2 minutes I asked when my order was going to be completed, and she lied and said they’re working on it now. Five more customers had been to the register after me, and I heard and observed the cashier be very short and unprofessional to the other guest (rolling her eyes and ignoring request).
Jimiya noticed that I was still standing on the wall by the register and came to the cashier to ask what was going on. The cashier told her to leave her station to complete my order, while there was a line of customers waiting to be served. Jimiya ensured that all of my orders were complete, hot, and fresh; demonstrating exemplary customer service, swift critical thinking, and impeccable de-escalation skills. Even while tending to my request, Jimiya ensured to speak to each guest as they came to let them know she’d be right with them.
The cashier, however, is the reason for this disappointing review. Her lack of professionalism was distasteful, disrespectful, and baffling. Although, I appreciate the amazing work ethic of Jimiya my family and I will NOT be returning!!!

Most of the workers there were friendly and the food is good. I only had a bad experience with a older lady named Beth that works in the front. She rushed me when I was picking out my order and just came across as rude. I would only go here if you already have been to panda express . If this is your first time wanting to try panda express. I would recipe a different location. The one in Red Oak is a good location .

Very disappointed. I’ve been going to this location for a long time. This location has gotten skimpy on the portion size. They filled my order with mostly rice and a small portion of meat and when I complained they just said the meat portion was correct. They no longer give the small cups of red sweet & sour sauce. I’m going to have to find a different location to go to now.
