Dunkin'

After living in the Chicago burbs most of my life, I was super excited when Dunkin came to Cedar Falls. Since then, the excitement has worn off. Coffee and donuts are fine. Any other food is generally room temp and nothing special. Service is where they really struggle. Ill walk into the store to try and get past the line of cars going around the building for the drive through, and wait in average 5 minutes for someone to even come to the counter. They are super slow, not attentive at all, and generally don't care about people waiting forever. It's a Dunkin, im not looking for 5 star restaurant service. I'm just looking to wait less than 10 minutes total to get a coffee when I'm the only person in line.

I have been going here in the morning for a while now for my coffee and Bacon snack, these last 4 times I've went the coffee tastes watered down with no flavor. Bacon snack was served cold all 4 times ( i now have to ask for it to be warmed up) the staff do not appear friendly, and their responses are not friendly either. This is specifically for the cedar falls Iowa store all the other ones I have been to are good.

This was the worst job with the worst managers who do not care at all about their costumers, I hear them talk fake every day and talk about the employees as they are little kids. I got fired recently for telling a girl to not come back because she had a man hit me several times, and I get fired because this place picks favorites. They are not sanitized, they NEVER wear gloves on sandwich station, your drinks will all most likely be wrong, and the manager and just sits in the back and expect employees to do all of the things she would never do for the company. If you ever go back to dunkin make sure to tell Patty Galle to get to work.

Dear Dunkin’ Donuts, this is highway robbery. After taking out the ice that you went and change to the very heavy thick ice this is the product that is left. About a cup you are ripping your customers off. I work very hard for my money and don’t appreciate it. Most likely you will not be getting my business anymore.

I really like Dunkin' overall as a place to get coffee and a breakfast snack. Food quality is consistent and the staff friendly. They also do a great job of quickly getting through long drive thru lines. My only knock is that I think their black coffee could be a bit stronger for better overall flavor. If in season, I highly recommend the pumpkin donut holes.
