Pizza Ranch

My family and I just got home from here and we all had the greatest buffet experience in our lives and trust me we've been to A LOT of buffets in the southern and western states.The food was always available, hot, and fresh. The staff was super friendly and on top of their game. The line was long, but what do you expect on a Mother's Day Sunday. But surprisingly we were only in line for about 10 minutes. We will be eating here often. (10/10 recommend 👌)

The food was so good! The ice machines on both pop dispensers were not working. That was a bummer but not terrible. The fountain pop was still nice and cold. The service was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean. We used one of the banquet rooms and it was very nice to have a private space to celebrate.

We paid for a child's birthday (10) package... in addition to the party package we purchased 2 adult buffet for the 2 adults. The cashier and another pizza ranch employee (assistant manager?) Were at the register at the time. We seated the children in the party room.. and went to the buffet.. the lady walked right up to me and said you know the buffet is not part of the party package.. did you pay for the buffet... I politely asked her to please find something to do with herself.. and not to bother us anymore after we have spent almost $300.00 to be accused of not paying 🙃.. she never reappeared after we corrected her

The judgmental narcissist wasn't even swiping my Pizza Ranch rewards card I've taken that card to Des Moines Cedar Rapids location multiple times and the card work had points . DA GIRL swiping upwards and going to tell me my card was inactive when I was trying to use my reward point because they will expire but every time I come to this location it's always a terrible experience .. there and one time this rude guests mouth off 2 my kids one day. But the Judgmental narcissist cuz I'm a black man in a interracial couple I get this everywhere always has to think she's right she's working today at 5 p.m. trying to eat supper at the I've been moving people all day long and come here to get something to eat only place in town that has Buffet I'm trying to get in contact with Golden Corral to give y'all some competition. The chicken is never cooked thoroughly well done. Always medium taste like mush.

Staff were just standing around for about 30 whole minutes, just watching people eat, to the point where they RAN OUT Of SILVERWARE!!! Some guy from the kitchen had to come out and take plates. Then when all of the customers started asking for SILVERWARE, they decided that they should start working again. I love Pizza Ranch but I will not eat here again.
