Dunkin'

The Drink was Delicious 😋 Better than Expected. When I arrived at the establishment the doors were locked, I didn't understand why because it was 5pm in the evening but the young lady open the door and let me in. Customer service was ok/nice and the Countertop where you order and place your Drink wasn't to clean.

It’s a shame this store is so bad because this is a really convenient location. I think this is the most consistently disappointing Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Many of the workers are so hostile, even at times of day when there’s no lines and no visible reasons why service should be bad. Most of the time, your drink order is so wrong it’s almost laughable. Like, getting a cup of milky watered down coffee grounds instead of the iced coffee you ordered, bad. But the main reason why I won’t go back here is that I’ve gotten drinks and food that are so actively gross, I think they could make people sick. I’ve gotten super burned bagels, lukewarm cream cheese, drinks that taste really bitter and ‘off’ like the milk might be bad. Save your money and just go somewhere else to avoid the headache and stomachache.

WORST DUNKIN' DONUTS IN THE AREA!! Zero customer service and horrible quality control. My iced latte tasted like creamy sugar and zero espresso/coffee flavor, cold food, and careless and RUDE staff! We walk in the door and instead of "Good Morning" we are greeted with "WE'RE CLOSED INSIDE, THERES A SIGN ON THE DOOR". (The inside was open for mobile order pick up only, which is what we had). Will go our of my way to go to the Dunkin on Sunset where my order is always right and actually tastes like coffee.

So I pull up to this Dunkin at 11am im sitting at the drive thru waiting to order. No one comes and says may I take your order. I sat there and waited a good 4 min. Then I pulled to the window, nobody is at the window. So I left, while I was leaving, 3 Dunkin employees are sitting in the front of the building on the curb!! Unacceptable!! Never going there again!

I've Been coming to this Dunkin Donuts For the past two weeks and every day for those two weeks they have no Cinnamon Raisin Bagels. The manager Crystal always has an excuse and blames this on her crew 😑 but yet no Cinnamon Bagels. It's okay to have fun at work but when the time calls, customers are priority especially If im coming every day and still purchasing when I could go to Krispy Kreme up the street or Panera and the cup of water w/ my purchase probably would of been free

Hallelujah! The Dunkin on Knott's Abbott seems to be fluent in English! What a relief! Kept going to the one on South Lake n I thought I was in the twilight zone! South Lake is either flirting with the boys in the store or else they need extra help with language skills. Sorry I went there but I got tired of overpaying for a botched up order n went elsewhere
