Dunkin'

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for the past week as my coffee spot since i moved to the area, I order a medium ice coffee without ice and a cup of ice on the side. This morning I was very rudely told by the manager to not order that anymore because it was “excessive”, I have had the same dunkin order for years and have never had anyone say anything. very rude manager did not offer an apology and made me to feel like i was stealing from them. do not go to this dunkin!

I stop at this location twice a week on my way to work I order the same coffee along with the bacon avocado toast which for some reason always comes out untoasted and most the time without bacon.. I am not normally a person to complain to a business but when I spend this kind of money and they are consistently getting my order incorrect I decided I would finally mention it and when I did they said oh it's our toaster... Yet they have not replaced it 🤷‍♀️ however on a side note the location on Woodstock avenue which has been severely short-staffed due to covid is killing it! My order is always correct and tastes great 😁 just saying

I go to this dunks multiple times a week and order a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel every time. 75% of the time I don’t get what I ordered. Today they gave me a toasted bagel with 3 pieces of cheese and bacon and I was the only person in the drive thru. My receipt shows I ordered a bacon egg and cheese. What went wrong guys...? But I guess it’s my fault for not checking what’s in the bag every time.

Hands down my favorite location. The staff are always pleasant and the line moves pretty quick. I've gone here for years about 2x a week and order accuracy is almost perfect. When they're out of cold brew they're out and that's it. Other locations water it down. Also every location I go to, the powdered munchkins usually have off flavors from being too close to the bagels. This location frequently has powdered munchkins that don't taste like onions and garlic and that is also appreciated.
