Who doesn't want the KFC chicken sandwich? It's really one of the best out there. Unfortunately, don't rush to grab one here in Casper, Wyo., especially if you want to fix it up with extra mayo or sauce. This is the second time this sandwich has been served with a poor amount of sauce. No big deal. Right? Wrong! If you ask for extra sauce, mayo, etc. be prepared to be rejected with a variety of super odd excuses and no help. I had to eat this sad, under-condominated sandwich because they wouldn't unclench their hold on the sauces...again. I'll not try again here.

Waited 56 minutes for a famous bowl and a 3 piece meal. Staff had no idea what they were doing and somehow *forgot* our order was placed? The excuse being that "oh everyone's screens are full" meanwhile the next 5 people that were in line behind us had food in minutes. When we finally approached and asked where the order was, there was much heavy sighing and it was treated as an inconvenience. Finally after standing at the counter, watched the (maybe?) night manager throw gloves on and go gather most our items to shove haphazardly into a bag. 1/10 stars. The food was hot and tasty.

Customer service was subpar. They were very rude, and they kept misunderstanding what order we had, because they were talking over us. We ended up coming in for pickup and they insisted we were Door Dash (we were not). They were super snarky about pulling around and then refused to speak to us when we went inside. We grabbed our food and left.

We are visiting family in town and stopped here for the first time for dinner. This location was 110% plus this should be the poster child location for KFC . Clean , Friendly , Personable, Great Food all of the boxs checked . My Wife personally expressed our appreciation for our meal and their phenomenal service. Thank you KFC in Evansville (Casper) Wyoming.

Waited in the drive thru for about 15 mins only to be told at the window (after we ordered) the crispy chicken will not be ready for another 20 mins. So I cancelled order and left. They could have mentioned that when I ordered. Then my husband went back the next day ordered the same thing got home no coleslaw or biscuits that were paid for.
