Pretzel Maker

Literally every time I come here they're so slow. Waited in line for 10 minutes and another 20 to get the food. 2 people on staff for the busiest hours of the day - and they don't bother moving any faster than they would during a slow time. I'd say it's a management issue, but then again it doesn't seem like the employees are looking for a promotion either. We love the food, but the service is sub par.

Holy cow! How does this place stay in business. Unfriendly staff, wait is waay to long. How can a place like this survive? They don't know that they are going to have customers? Every day? Come on. Hope some competent staff and maybe get a manager who knows what they are doing. This is beyond disappointing.

The service was beyond poor. My husband and I were the only people there and waited for 15 minutes for our pretzels. They were not in a hurry. Just chit chatting with friends over the counter. Gave us a half a pretzel because it broke on the counter and didn't offer us a new one. At this point I just want to leave.

How rude of me to be such an inconvenience to the employees that were working this evening. My expectations are so unreasonable in believing that they should stop cleaning long enough to approach the counter and take my order. I suppose I should eat elsewhere from here on out to avoid being such a bother in the future.
