Normally Qdoba has excellent service. When I go in everyone does a great job, BUT I ordered curbside pickup today and the estimated time was 10 minutes until it was ready. I ended up waiting over 35 minutes to get my food. I called three times to check on my order before they finally got my food out to me. I would not recommend curbside pickup

Great staff always kind. Best time to go is hour or two before closing. Because it's a lot more laid back and less busy. Delicious food. Just as good as chipotle which casper is missing. Always eat here and pancho's when I'm craving a quick mexican food

Love Qdoba food, but Eastside Qdoba is so inefficient. The cooks always wander around like they are lost. The people at the cash register must be new every time I come. Then there is one guy that wanders around doing absolutely nothing productive. He is very easy to recognize with his dreads. I swear he is working every time I go in. They really need to train staff better. We live within five minutes of Qdoba and our food sat on the line so long by the time we got home our food was cold.

Should’ve read previous reviews before ordering curbside at the Casper East location. Sounds like this location just doesn’t participate or do Curbside pickup despite having signage on their front doors and having the option on the App. Called several times per the instructions and nobody answers the phone, you have to go inside. Honestly I would’ve eaten somewhere else as I was traveling and was looking for a contactless meal. Definitely false advertising...

The manager here is super friendly and helpful! I wish I remembered her name! We were traveling and needed food after 5 days on the road and she went above and beyond to get my daughter & I in and out as quickly as possible.
