Subway

Do NOT order from this subway, staff is rude and incapable of basic tasks. I put in a mobile order for my family and I, we are all pretty plane Jane about what we eat on our sandwiches nothing complex, just turkey, cucumbers lettuce and tomatoes on Italian bread and one whole grain. Instead we got onions, spinach, different assortments of peppers, onions and no whole grain bread. As someone who’s worked in fast food before I don’t hold my standards high, but is it really that hard to screw up such a simple mobile order?

This is the second time in a couple weeks that we ordered sandwiches and the meat was barely anything. I ordered a 6 inch chicken teriyaki and got 2 small pieces on a 6 inch. I ordered on line and picked it up. I don’t recommend doing that so you can watch them make it in front of you. Just not worth it anymore. I’ll try another subway

We had a birthday party for our twelve year-old with fifteen of his friends. The staff at the Cary, IL location turned out the custom ordered sandwiches for everyone in less than 20 minutes with no mistakes and each order identified by child. They even managed to fit in other customer orders while completing mine four sandwiches at a time. I was impressed and the staff was very friendly and patient as we went through each request. Would definitely use them again for another party. Very much appreciated how easy they made the process for us.

The subway team went above and beyond when preparing our catering order. They individually wrapped each sandwich for my little sister's graduation party, to limit the risk of COVID. Since she couldn't have an actual graduation, she was very grateful to still get a real party. Sunny was very helpful when I went to pick up the order in explaining everything to me.
