Ruby Tuesday

My experience here was great! My server was Katie, I got the crispy chicken pimento with garden bar. The chicken was nice and crispy and the pimento tasted fresh. The garden bar was delicious as always. Katie was on top of our drinks and helped keep our table clear of used plates. They recently brought their sanitation score up to a 96, and the restaurant seemed so clean! I will be returning!!

Server was friendly, but incompetent. Forgot what we ordered. I asked for a very rare steak and it came medium rare. One of the others ordered medium rare and it came closer to medium. One of us ordered sweet tea and when she asked if he wanted another, she brought him a soda. All of us ordered the $13.99 special. We got the endless salad bar, an entree with a side and a dessert. When we finished the entree she asked if we wanted to order dessert. I said it comes with dessert and we had already told her what we wanted. Also, she never refilled our water glasses until we asked. She needs instructions on how to be a better server. She could have gotten a really good tip if she had been better. She got the minimum tip because she was friendly.

My husband and I went for lunch. There were only two other customers there at the time. We ordered the sliders. I ordered beef and hubby ordered chicken. We received two orders of chicken. I brought this to the attention of the waitress. She was very nice and said go ahead and keep what you have and I'll have the beef ones out shortly. A few minutes later she came back and said the manager said she had to pick up the incorrect order and return it to the kitchen. Seriously, well, no matter, I don't like chicken. However, it was 30 minutes later when I got my order. I instructed her to box it because I was out of time. Will never go back to this restaurant. I apologize to the people who got the confiscated chicken sliders.

I would have to disagree with a few of these reviews. Not everyone’s experience is ever the same. I thought the service was great, our waiter today was a very sweet young man. He was very helpful.. the overall atmosphere was better then my last trip here a few months back! Definitely love the salad bar and the ruby relaxers....

Nothing great. Server was slow, considering we were one of the three couples in the place. My wife got salad bar with a loaded baked potato, ha, the potato was about the size of a tennis ball. I got ribs and chicken, the ribs were tough, not done. Waitress forgot our drink refills til we had completed the meal. I did not get any wet wiped with my ribs, I ask for some wipes, she came back said they did not have any, she said the bathroom is right over there, I can wash in there, how sweet. The manager wander thru the dining room, but did not ask how our dinner was! My wife was chilly and noted the digital thermostat was set on 54 degrees. Needless to say , overall not too good.

Service was amazing. Ben was our server. He was sweet, very courteous and kind. Food was fresh and hot. We were kind of put off by the server ( we came in around 6pm today). He kept coming to the table and was very over the top. We were trying to have a family dinner and talk and we couldn't. I believe in great customer service but he was a little too much. Over all a wonderful experience. And I can no rave enough about Ben. He was very on top of things without being too over the top.
