First Watch

I so far have not had a bad experience at first watch. The food here is delicious, and the service is fantastic. If you don't like the table you are sitting at, you can ask to be moved (and they'll do it). I wouldn't, however, recommend coming here on Saturday mornings as everybody and their mom will be there.

Great breakfast and brunch cafe in Cary... Be prepared to wait as it is usually busy on the weekends... We tried the Farmhouse Hash and the Traditional Breakfast platter... For beverages tried Hot Chocolate and Morning Glory cocktail... Everything was fresh and super delicious! Service was prompt and our server was very helpful with her suggestions too! Definitely would like to go back and try the other items from the menu!

I visited First Watch with my family 3 years ago. I love poached eggs and eggs Benedict. 3 years ago I sent the dish back twice with hard boiled eggs. It was very disappointing then. They finally managed non hard boiled eggs on the third try when my family was done eating. I visited today again with my family and tried the eggs Benedict again and they were hard boiled again. I just didn’t want to argue this time and ate them. What a disappointment. Service was good. Maybe I’ll try again in 2025.

I just had my birthday brunch here for 30+ people. The managers and staff could not be more accommodating for a party this size. Michael, the manager went out of his way to make sure there was ample seating and staff available to cater to the large group. He communicated frequently with me beforehand on the planning efforts to ensure everything went smoothly for the party. They reserved the outside patio and had dedicated staff taking our orders so timely! The service was excellent and the staff was super friendly. The food ofcourse was amazing as usual. I am so happy I chose this restaurant for my birthday brunch, they truly went out of their way to make it a special morning for me!!!! Everything was just perfect. Highly highly recommend.
