Normally we love eating at PDQ, we think the food is delicious and a valid rival to Chick-fil-a, but after my wife almost ate a raw sandwich, I don't think we'll be coming back again. We didn't want to cause a concern due to another small issue we had with the purchase itself; but this is negligent and can cause harm to someone who might not have noticed.

Amazing chicken but I am so disappointed that you discontinued the waffle fries. Huge huge mistake! I won’t be coming back as often that’s for sure. The new fries are gross!!!!

First time here and may be my last. Chicken was raw. Never have I gone anywhere an have been served raw food… they were also slow as hell and this is what I got for waiting 20 mins!

Giving 5 stars to a fast food restaurant seems strange but I think PDQ earned it. Chicken was served nice and hot and they tasted great. And most importantly the waffle fries were cooked to crispy perfection. Workers were polite and friendly too. Definitely would repeat.

Still the best fried chicken fast food I've ever had. I have no idea why chick-fil-a is still as popular as it is with its completely bland chicken and soggy fries. PDQ actually has flavor and texture to it. Hate to see the place struggling though, the closing of the dining room seems to have really demoralized the whole staff and everyone just seems very bummed out there. Hope to see things turn around, I drive 90 minutes just to get this whenever I can.

This location is great and to be honest, PDQ is the only restaurant that can go toe to toe with Chick Fil A in terms of flavor. I'm in love with their Grilled Chicken Tenders and Honey BBQ sauce. The staff is always friendly at this location as well! I love it!

7pm a hr before closing. All outside lights off. Lobby and bathrooms nasty. Floors sticky. Could hear yourself walking. So dirty decided to get food to go. Ordered waffle fries see later we got reg fries. Some employees on phone whole time we were there waiting. I understand why we were the only customers there for the hole 30 mins it took to get 2 to go meals.

The food here is pretty good, last time i came I had a pleasant experience. However, this time I walked in and wasn’t even greeted. On top of that nobody explained the new system they had set up, they just looked our way in judgment. On top of that the dining room was closed and the tables outside were dirty. So me and my spouse were forced to eat in the car, where i spilled their mediocre ranch on me and had no napkins to clean myself with. All in all horrible experience, vibes were off will never eat here again.
